      The seller gets an alert: the money is secured and waiting. No more “send first, I'll ship later.”

      They deliver

      The seller ships the item or does the job, knowing payment is guaranteed if they hold up their end.

      You release it

      Happy with what you got? Tap release and the seller is paid instantly. A small fee, based on the order value, keeps YoFi running.

    If the seller never delivers

    A delivered, as-described item isn't grounds for a refund. Sellers don't carry the cost of second thoughts.

    Every account is a real person

    Accounts are tied to verified identities, so scammers can't make a new account and try again.

    How much does it cost?

    A small fee based on the value of the order, shown before you pay. Pricing isn't final, and early users will hear first.

    How do I pay and get paid?

    Mobile money and bank transfer. Sellers can withdraw to either.

    Does the seller need to be on YoFi?

    No. You can enter any seller's details and they'll get an alert to claim the payment once they deliver.

    Is it just for physical products?

    No. It works for services too: tailoring, repairs, freelance work, event bookings. Anywhere you'd pay someone you don't know yet.
